She is a MELT Method® Hand & Foot teacher, an AromaReiki Master, a motivational speaker and bi-coastal restorative yoga + meditation teacher trainer who specializes in therapeutic movement & meditation for managing side effects of stress, insomnia, cancer and chronic disease. She loves leading corporate wellness sessions and seminars too. An ex-Fashion Exec, after many “mental moments” on and off the mat, modalities exploring movement and awareness continue to transform her from a Type A Personality to a “Recovering” Type A Personality. Inspired by witnessing not only her own, but also so many client’s life transformations from mindfulness practices, she opened Sanctuary Z which focuses on “Success through Tranquility”.
