Todd Sargeant is a Reiki Master and Teacher, Shifu (teacher) of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, a Kanaka Lomi, (an advanced practitioner of The Huna Principles and the Hawaiian Healing Arts as applied to Lomilomi), licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, a California and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, a former Certified Personal Trainer, an award-winning Chef and graduate with honors from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, and he holds degrees in Psychology and Philosophy.
In his over twenty-five years of experience in the Culinary, Exercise, Martial and Healing Arts and travels to Hawaii and around the country, he has witnessed seemingly miraculous occurrences of healing through the use, alignment, and empowerment of our body’s own intrinsic energy. He counts his own amazing recovery from a near-death motorcycle accident amongst them. He has taught and lectured at massage schools and various venues across the country and is a Nationally Approved Provider of Continuing Education, specifically Energetic Bodywork and Reiki, to massage therapists. He also provides these classes to other health care professionals and the general public.
Todd will soon be completing work on his first book entitled, The Five Principles of Reiki: How to Manage Stress, Overcome Anxiety, and Reconnect to your Inner Peace daily. Todd views our individual and collective journeys as an opportunity for each and all of us to remember, realign, and manifest the limitless power within. He knows that this inherent power is and emanates from the core of life itself and that it serves us best when it flows through our open, grateful, and loving hearts.
Currently, he has a private practice here in San Diego and also works at The Spa at The Catamaran Resort in Pacific Beach and at The Knotstop in Hillcrest.
You may contact Todd by email at or by voicemail at 619-677-0011.
